2. Scope

These Terms apply to all orders placed through our online store. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

3. Products

We offer water filtration systems and replacement filters. Product descriptions are provided to the best of our knowledge. Minor deviations may occur.

4. Prices

All prices are in Euro (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

5. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

PayPal

Payment must be completed at the time of purchase.

6. Order Processing & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery is available exclusively within Cyprus and typically takes 2–5 business days.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery (e.g. water filters).

8. Returns & Refunds

Returned items must be in original condition. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

9. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. If a product is defective, please contact us.

10. Liability

We are liable only for damages caused by intent or gross negligence, except where mandatory legal provisions apply.

11. Data Protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
