After your minimum term (2, 3 or 4 years), your rental continues month-to-month. You can cancel with 30 days notice, upgrade to a newer model, or renew for a new term at the current rate.
Everything. We schedule and perform all filter replacements on time — you do not need to track anything. Filter costs, our labour, and travel to your location are all included in your monthly rental.
As a rental customer, the device remains our property and our responsibility. If there is a malfunction, we repair or replace it — at no additional cost to you.
Our rental plans have a minimum commitment period of 2, 3 or 4 years. Early termination before the end of the minimum term is not possible, which is how we keep monthly prices low for all customers.
Monthly payments are collected by bank transfer, direct debit or standing order. The one-time setup fee of 59€ is collected at the time of installation.
Yes — we cover the whole island. Nicosia, Limassol, Larnaca, Paphos and all surrounding areas. Installation is typically scheduled within 3–5 working days of signing.
Yes. After completing your minimum term, you can upgrade to any model in our range. We will install the new unit and start a fresh rental term at the current pricing.
No problem — we offer a relocation service. We move and reinstall your water filter at your new address for a flat fee of 75€, plus 10€ for any small parts needed. Your rental contract simply continues as normal.
Absolutely. All Coway water filters are WQA Gold Seal certified to NSF/ANSI standards. We ensure filters are replaced on time so your water quality is always maintained at the highest level.
